Regression therapy and rebirthing is a profound method that allows you to safely return to the origin of feelings, patterns and tensions that affect your life today.

Through relaxation and conscious breathing, you get in touch with memories and experiences that are stored in the body and subconscious.

What is rebirthing?

Rebirthing is a powerful form of regression therapy that combines guided inner journey with conscious, continuous breathing (often called circular breathing). The breath acts as a bridge that takes you directly into the layers where old traumas, emotional imprints (samskara) and blockages are stuck - both in the body and mind.

It is a transformative practice where you can let go of the past with grace, unite with your inner truth and awaken to the great potential that lives within you. You take back your own power and bravely enter a life characterized by clarity, meaning and authenticity.

What happens in a session?

You lie safe and relaxed as we enter into the unresolved experiences together. Many experience powerful, transformative moments where the body finally lets go of what it has been carrying for years.

This can manifest as deep emotional release, physical sensations, clairvoyance, or a sudden understanding of why you have felt the way you have.

The Lineage and Technique behind the Breakthrough

The Origins

Rebirthing was developed in the late 1960s by Leonard Orr. The method has since spread throughout the world and helped thousands of people achieve deep inner liberation.

Technique:

At the heart of rebirthing is a conscious, circular breath with no pause between inhalation and exhalation. This breathing technique helps the body release old tensions and emotional blockages at a very deep level.

Conducting a Session:

We always begin with a calm conversation. Then you lie comfortably while I guide you into the breathing. You remain awake and in control the entire time. A breathing session typically lasts between 45 and 90 minutes, and the entire session takes about two to two and a half hours.

During one of my own rebirthing sessions, I suddenly went back to when I was three years old and living in an orphanage. I saw myself sitting on the bed and crying, and felt an overwhelming sense of grief and pain in my body. I felt abandoned, unloved, and that no one cared about me.

It was so painful that I cried deeply throughout the entire session. The strange thing was that as an adult, I had no memories of this period and had never thought of it as anything significant. Yet the feeling was stored in my body. When I was able to release the grief, it felt afterward as if I had lost ten kilos. The heavy feeling was gone, and I felt lighter and freer than I had in a long time

My own journey with rebirthing began because I had a difficult childhood and have been through a lot in life. When I experienced firsthand how powerful this method is, it became a labor of love for me. I know how much it has helped me personally, and I am truly passionate about helping others experience the same relief and freedom.
